Congratulations to chapter member Connie Taylor!

Connie won the grand prize in the Iowa Chapter's AMA To Broadway promotion. The promotion ran during the 2004-2005 AMA season. Members were eligible to submit entry tickets by attending chapter events or volunteering on committees. Connie won an all expenses paid trip for two to New York City, which included two tickets to the Broadway performance of her choice. Congratulations, Connie!

Iowa Chapter Awards Scholarship
Sarah Bates, Drake University, Receives Honor

The Iowa Chapter has awarded it’s first-ever collegiate scholarship. The recipient is Sarah Bates, a junior studying marketing at Drake University.

The $1,000 scholarship was awarded on strong academic achievement, demonstrated leadership in the field of marketing, high involvement in the AMA student chapter at Drake University and letters of recommendation.

The scholarship was open to AMA student chapter members at Drake and at Iowa State University because of their collegiate AMA chapters.
