AMA Iowa Sponsorship Program
This is a great way for businesses to get their message to marketing professionals, many of whom are responsible for selecting and buying marketing services. The chapter consists of over 200 members. Monthly chapter meetings draw 50-60 attendees. The chapter's prospect list consists of over 400 professionals. All prospects and attendees receive meeting announcements. We offer four sponsorship levels. The levels and the accompanying benefits are as follows:

Corporate Sponsorship – Gold Level $4,000
  • Only one Gold Level sponsor per industry; current sponsors have approval rights on new sponsors at this level
  • The right to send out quarterly e-mails to Iowa AMA members and prospects
  • Logo and brief description in each issue of Iowa AMA newsletter
  • One half-page article in the Iowa AMA newsletter, profiling the company
  • Half-page advertisement in the Iowa Chapter Membership Directory
  • Verbal recognition at Iowa AMA Chapter meetings
  • Logo and brief description on the Iowa AMA website sponsor page
  • Banner ad on the Iowa AMA website home page
  • Recognition in monthly e-mail meeting announcements
  • The right to display a wall banner at chapter meetings
  • The right to set up a display booth and distribute promotional material at chapter meetings
  • Right of first refusal to sponsor for the following year

  • Logo and brief description in each issue of Iowa AMA newsletter
  • One half-page article in the Iowa AMA newsletter, profiling the company
  • Logo and brief description on the Iowa AMA website sponsor page
  • Quarter-page advertisement in the Iowa Chapter Membership Directory
  • Recognition on monthly e-mail meeting announcements
  • The right to display a wall banner at Chapter meetings
  • Verbal recognition at Iowa AMA Chapter meetings
  • Space available to display company literature at all meeting events

Corporate Sponsorship – Bronze Level $500
  • Logo and brief description in Iowa AMA monthly newsletter
  • One quarter-page article in the Iowa AMA newsletter, profiling the company
  • Logo and brief description on the Iowa AMA website sponsor page
  • Listing in the Iowa Chapter Membership Directory
  • Verbal recognition at Iowa AMA Chapter meetings
  • Space available to display company literature at all meeting events

Monthly Chapter Meeting Sponsorships
(Limit: one meeting sponsor per meeting) $150
  • Verbal recognition during meeting
  • The right to place a “table tent” ad on each table
  • The right to place company literature on each table
  • Opportunity to do a one-time e-mail follow-up to all meeting attendees with e-mail addresses
  • Recognition on the Iowa AMA website (one month)

Sponsorship Rules
Companies requesting sponsorship should submit a short company profile that includes business size, main markets served and brief history.

Sponsorships must be approved by the Sponsorship Committee, which is appointed by the AMA Iowa Board of Directors. The organization has the right to refuse any sponsorship request.

A sponsorship can be paid for either in cash (amount for each level shown above) or by in-kind goods or services. The retail value of the in-kind sponsorship should approximate the cash value of the sponsorship level.

The sponsorship packages are good for a 12-month term, beginning when payment is received.
