AMA Iowa Presents NOVA 2007 Award Winners

-— Integer Wins Best of Show —

Des Moines, Iowa — May 9, 2007 — The American Marketing Association (AMA) Iowa Chapter recently honored Iowa companies at its annual NOVA Awards ceremony for their marketing campaigns and excellence. Awards were given out in nine categories plus Best of Show, which was awarded to The Integer Group for their Speed Into Green campaign on behalf of their client, The Scotts Company.

  • Best B2B Campaign (over $50,000) — Pella Power of Yellow, The Integer Group
  • Best B2B Campaign (under $50,00) — Fuel Your Bottom Line/Fuel Your Life, SHAZAM
  • Best Nonprofit Campaign — Make-A-Wish’s Jolly Holiday Lights, Innova Ideas & Services
  • Best Consumer Campaign (over $50,000) — The Scotts Company, Speed Into Green, The Integer Group
  • Best Consumer Campaign (under $50,000) — Drake University Recruiting materials, MagnaStar Marketing Group
  • Best Direct Mail Program — Top Flight Holiday mailer – “Tic-Tac-Grow,” Trilix Marketing Group/Stine Seed Company
  • Best Event/Conference Program — Mary Greeley Medical Center’s 2006 Women’s Symposium, Innova Ideas & Services
  • Best Interactive Program — Western Iowa Advantage Web Site, The Integer Group
  • Best Internal Communications Program — Brand Central Station, Principal Global Investors

The awards ceremony was held on May 3 at The Meadows Events & Conference Center at Prairie Meadows. Celebrating the work of all marketers in Iowa, AMA members and nonmembers attended the event, which included a networking reception, dinner and awards ceremony. Local musician and entertainer, Steve Berry, was the master of ceremonies.
