The Digital Marketing Specialist leads the execution of marketing programs to drive client and user engagement. This role is responsible for solution creation, delivery, integration and optimization of loyalty strategies that increase user engagement, enable upsell opportunities and leverage digital marketing channels to introduce existing clients to relevant supportive products and services.

The ideal person has a passion for customer engagement marketing, SAAS product management and digital marketing innovations, thrives in the execution and constant change of paid digital marketing and new media technologies, likes a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to contribute ideas to improve our processes.


  • Execute retention, cross-sell and upsell marketing strategies and plans to meet business objectives and support client success team in driving revenue goals.

  • Own communication plans for customers and end-users to drive adoption and engagement of core products and ancillary services.

  • Execute email campaigns and automations, by collaborating with content teams and marketing leaders to develop communication plan, content strategy and to create content.

  • Manage and optimize communication touchpoints (email, chat), platforms (website, in-app) and conference strategy and execution to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.

  • Identify and implement methods to capture customer and end-user feedback, partnering closely with product teams to prioritize product pipeline.

  • Works closely with respective team members from various disciplines within Kuder, across the company to achieve engagement marketing goals, develop an analytics plan.

  • Analyzes user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multichannel attribution.

  • Create and execute regular reporting to analyze and share progress toward goals and provide optimization recommendations.

  • Integrates trending social media knowledge and tools into digital idea generation to boost digital presence.

  • Make content and other CMS to the website.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, Digital Advertising, Social Media Marketing or related fields.

  • 5+ years of digital and customer engagement and lifecycle marketing.

  • Experience with CRM software programs such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Click Dimensions, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Intercom (or similar).

  • Expertise in gathering data, performing analysis, developing campaign marketing analysis reports, and creating client presentations.

  • Thorough knowledge of digital experience analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Search Console, WebTrends, etc.).
