NCMIC is looking for an experienced marketing professional that loves bringing concepts to life through implementation of complex and integrated marketing strategies. Must have a passion for delivering results and understand the online and offline world of marketing. This position will oversee and coordinate marketing campaigns which includes testing strategy, creative direction, project management, and managing timelines and budgets.


  1. Campaign Management

    Manage implementation of integrated marketing across channels including direct mail, digital, social, content, advertising, events, and sales support Accountable for implementation of a marketing strategy, and customer experience including touch point management and consistent messaging. · Works closely with in-house designers, copywriters and freelancers to review projects, establish workflow and set priorities on a daily basis.

    • Oversees the marketing campaign schedule and maintain marketing jobs in workflow system

    • Updates the campaign schedule as necessary to ensure accurate reflection of all campaigns and communications schedules for a specific day, week and month

  2. Operate in a matrixed environment

    Accountable for completing initiatives on time, and within budget, utilizing resources within and across multiple departments to accomplish unique project tasks. Effective collaboration within marketing functions and the lines of business to accomplish business strategy goals. · Facilitate and manage the routing and approval process for all marketing initiatives.

  3.  Budget

    Reconcile and manage marketing budgets Assist in the development of annual marketing budget

  4. Performs other duties as assigned.


  • 3 years of marketing implementation experience.

  • Understand both online and offline marketing channels and designing integrated marketing campaigns across channels.

  • Marketing testing design and how to evaluate tests and make recommendations about go forward strategy based on that data.

  • B2B and B2C marketing experience – understand/have experience in nurturing leads and CRM.
