Speakers:

Reynolds Cramer is the CEO of Fareway Stores, Inc., a role he has held since 2014. He began his career with Fareway at age 16 in the Boone store and worked his way up through various roles, including store manager, district supervisor, and executive vice president. A fourth-generation leader, Cramer has played a key role in Fareway’s expansion and strategic growth. He serves on the Iowa Business Council and is active in numerous charitable organizations, including Variety – the Children’s Charity. A native Iowan and Luther College graduate, Cramer lives in Norwalk with his wife Sheila and their son Benny, and has two daughters, Ashley and Zoe.
