Check-in and Networking: 11:30 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.
Program: 11:45 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Do you really know who your customers are? What programs do they watch? Where do they shop? What do they read? What inspires them? WHO inspires them? By taking this information and developing buyer personas, you’ll be able to connect with your customers on a more meaningful level.

Buyer Personas are a semi-fictional representation of your customer. The information you compile about them is a combination of market research and your own data that you already have about your customer base.
Why are Personas important? Equally important to B2B as they are to B2C, personas tell you where your clients & prospects spend time online, what resources they trust, and what may compel them to buy or hire or subscribe or join.

This presentation will make the case for creating multiple buyer personas. We’ll review the process step by step, and attendees will have an outline to take with them that will help in the creating of their company’s buyer personas.

Key Takeaways:

  1. The importance of buyer personas
  2. Where and how to gather information about your customers/clients/members
  3. Step by step outline for creating your own personas
