January Luncheon: Keith Kmett, Discovering Your Customer Experience and Making Improvements

Keith Kmett, director of digital customer experience at Principal, will be our January luncheon speaker on the topic of discovering your customer experience and making improvements. Unfortunately, Steve Lacy, chairman and CEO of Meredith, is no longer available to speak. We are working to re-schedule his presentation.
Customer experience and design thinking are two hot topics in every business and particularly on marketing teams. CX has now been proven to be a key way to differentiate your business, not to mention build customer loyalty and brand. What is CX? What is design thinking? How do they work together? How do you get started in CX? What are some of the key techniques and methods that really work to improve CX and grow your business? Those are the questions that Keith Kmett, will address in his presentation.
Keith Kmett has been with Principal for six years and in digital marketing for over 15 years. With degrees from ISU in Journalism (visual communications) and Spanish, he has been able to find create new roles in a career based in IT development, UX and finally CX. His language skills have taken him to Latin America, living in Chile and working in Mexico and Brazil for Principal to improve customer experiences around the world. He has certifications in usability, Google Analytics and storytelling.
Register for this luncheon by noon on Monday, January 8. After noon on Monday, January 8, an additional $10 will be charged for registrations. This additional charge will be reflected in the registration prices listed above. Any registrations not cancelled by January 8 will be billed. Cancellations may be made by emailing AMAReservations@gmail.com. Invoiced payments will be assessed a $5 administration fee.
