Check-in and Networking: 11:30 a.m. - Noon

  • Review recent top brand communications issues - what went well/didn’t go well
  • Trends and data - a look behind the outcomes of communications issues
  • Discuss communications best-practices and tried/tested approaches

Key Takeaways:

  1. Review recent crises and examine key considerations on the path to managing – or not managing - them
  2. Understand that a brand’s response is a bigger contributor to the overall result than the initial problem
  3. Accept that you don’t get to pick your crisis. But foresight and preparedness are vital to reputation management.
