Workshop Description:

As marketers, we are constantly coming up with campaigns to drive potential customers to our business’s or client’s website. But how do you really know what your users want and if your landing page is working for them?

You don’t have to be a UX designer or researcher to learn how to create landing pages and experiences that lead to conversions. UX research takes the guesswork out of marketing by allowing you to learn what works and what doesn’t for real potential customers. With user data, you’ll be able to analyze the performance of your landing pages and optimize them to improve your conversion rates.

In this session, you’ll learn how to uncover hidden insights about how your users interact with your website and how to translate user data into actionable takeaways that you can use to influence your future marketing campaigns.
