Generation Nation: Making Sense of Today’s Consumers

Presentation Description:

No doubt America is changing!  We’re living in a time of profound political, cultural and technological change. New generations are emerging into adulthood and young people have never had more influence on household decisions. To remain fresh and relevant, marketers need to re-frame how they think about and connect with consumers of all ages.

This multi-media session provides unique contextual generational insight, clarity, and a revealing look at what’s on the minds, and in the hearts, of today’s consumers. After all, to truly understand newer generations, such as Gen Z or Millennials, you need to do so within the context of their parents, Gen X and Boomers, to provide an inclusive perspective on all four generations.

The presentation combines the very latest findings from the Generation Nation 2019 study with our hands-on market research experience, grounding the insights and making them applicable and actionable for clients.

Simply put, these findings are guaranteed to inform, immerse, and inspire!

Key Takeaways: This presentation covers topics essential to understanding generational differences, including how consumers are:

  1. Feeling about life in the United States Today

  2. Navigating today’s economic realities

  3. Demanding more from brands and institutions

  4. Engaging in marketing communications their way

  5. Redefining the American Dream, what’s important in life, and much more!
