Behind the Scenes of Brand Development and the Reality of Maintaining Brand Consistency

Presentation Description:

Whether you're rebranding or starting from scratch, brand development is important and incredibly difficult to perfect. During our conversation, I'm going to talk about the process we went through creating a brand for our distillery, how we worked with our partner agency, and the reality of maintaining brand consistency as we near our 10th anniversary. As a small business owner I can speak from my experience as well as share the perspective of our agency partner. I want to share the successes and some of the struggles that occur when trying to maintain and elevate a brand in the Quad Cities market and beyond.

Key Takeaways:

  1. Maintaining and navigating agency partnerships.

  2. Tips for maintaining brand consistency.

  3. Balancing roles within an organization

It’s a labor of love and he wouldn’t have it any other way than to stay busy. Ryan is trained in the art of distillation with classwork completed in Chicago, Michigan and Germany. He has also enjoyed a successful career outside of MRDC.
