Before joining Bank Iowa in 2017, Josh spent the better part of 20 years working for advertising agencies and startup companies leading branding, digital and social media strategies. He also served as an adjunct professor at Drake University, where he taught digital marketing. Josh was awarded the 2020 American Marketing Association Marketing Executive of the Year and is a member of the Des Moines Business Record’s 40 Under 40 class of 2013. He proudly serves as vice president of marketing for Bank Iowa, the second largest family-owned bank and the second largest agriculture bank in Iowa.
